Gaither Vocal Band

We are honored this year to have in concert the All-Star Gaither Vocal Band featuring Bill Gaither, Mark Lowry, Michael English, and David Phelps. The band's founder and namesake, Bill Gaither, was a well-known singer and songwriter for more than 20 years before establishing the group. De-spite the divided attentions of the group's members, the Gaither Vocal Band released more than one dozen albums in the 1990s, winning six Dove Awards and two Grammy Awards during the decade.

Pat Boone

During the 1950s singer Pat Boone rivalled Elvis Presley for success on the charts, most famously with subdued covers of hit songs by black artists. Boone's first big break came as a multiple winner of The Ted Mack Amateur Hour, a televised talent competition. By the mid-1960s Boone's squeaky-clean style was no longer what rock fans wanted, but he proved he had staying power as a gospel singer and TV personality. Unabashedly Christian, Boone has since had a reputation as a wholesome, inoffensive celebrity who is willing to poke fun at himself.

The Booth Brothers

With their harmony-drenched vocals and warm, easy voices, the Booth Brothers have been sharing their faith and their music fulltime since 1998. These men get their musical influences from a wide range of performers-from the Eagles to the Gatlin Brothers to legendary gospel greats such as Bill Gaither and Mosie Lister. But their inspiration comes straight from God.

The McKameys

If there is one word to describe this group, it would be sincere. The harmonies, the songs and love of the message and the people it reaches has never wavered. Your group will surely be blessed by the songs and testimonies that this group will share during their show.

Allison Durham Speer
& Ben Speer

Allison Durham Speer was raised in the Bluegrass fields of Kentucky, and even a land as vast as that was not big enough to contain her talent. She has been the guest soloist at the national Southern Baptist Convention, the Nazarene General Assembly, and numerous Praise Gatherings and Family Fest Events hosted by Bill Gaither. And joining Allison Durham Speer is Ben Speer. As music director of Homecoming videos past and present, Ben Speer has been an indispensable part of the Homecoming phenomenon. Respected today as an artist, teacher, publisher, producer and studio executive, Ben spent most of the 20th century as lead singer for the Speer Family, one of the most influential family groups in the history of gospel music. During that time, he appeared on more than 75 Speer Family albums.
