Fall 2011 Jubilee Conference Refund Policy
Unfortunately, situations arise prohibiting the attendance of registrants at the conference. For the benefit of all parties and in a spirit of clear communication, the following schedule will be applied without exception to all cancellations:
• Cancellations received prior to September 16th - 100% of monies paid less all non-refundable deposits will be refunded by check
• Cancellations received between September 17th - 23rd - 50% of monies paid less all non-refundable deposits will be returned in the form of a credit for use at a future Jubilee.
• Cancellations received between September 24th - October 7th - 25% of monies paid less all non-refundable deposits will be returned in the form of a credit for use at a future Jubilee.
• Cancellations must be received in writing by the end of each date listed above in order to be considered for refund or credit, no exceptions.
• All deposits including $200 Initial Deposit and Per Person Registration Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Cancelled Per Person Registration Deposits can be used for another person as their deposit, but cannot be transferred toward final balances.
• Jubilee Conferences cannot be held responsible for events beyond control, including weather and terrorism related causes, prohibiting your attendance.
• All requests for refunds of any type including Overpayments must be requested in writing by October 7th, 2011.
• Any discounts not applied will not be eligible for a cash refund or credit.
• All refunds and credits will be issued approximately 30 days after the conclusion of the conference.
