Jubilee Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, situations arise prohibiting the attendance of registrants at the conference. For the benefit of all parties and in a spirit of clear communication, the following schedule will be applied without exception to all cancellations:

Cancellations received 10 or more days prior to first day of Conference - 100% of monies paid less all non-refundable deposits will be refunded by check.
Cancellations received between 3-9 days prior to first day of Conference - 50% of monies paid less all non-refundable deposits will be returned in the form of a credit for use at a future Jubilee.
Cancellations received less than 3 days prior to first day of Conference - 25% of monies paid less all non-refundable deposits will be returned in the form of a credit for use at a future Jubilee.
Cancellations must be received in writing by the end of each timeframe listed above in order to be considered for refund or credit, no exceptions.
All deposits including $200 Initial Deposit and Per Person Registration Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Cancelled Per Person Registration Deposits can be used for another person as their deposit, but cannot be transferred toward final balances.
Jubilee Conferences cannot be held responsible for events beyond control, including weather and terrorism related causes, prohibiting your attendance.
All requests for refunds of any type including Overpayments must be requested in writing within 10 days after the conclusion of the conference
Any discounts not applied will not be eligible for a cash refund or credit
All refunds and credits will be issued approximately 30 days after the conclusion of the conference.
