   Unfortunately, situations arise prohibiting the attendance of registrants at the conference. For the benefit of all parties and in a spirit of clear communication, the following schedule will be applied without exception to all cancellations: 
  Cancellations received prior to April 17th - 100% of monies paid less all non-refundable deposits will be refunded by check
 
 
Cancellations received between April 18th and April 24th - 50% of monies paid will be returned in the form of a credit for use at a future
 Jubilee conference
 
 
Cancellations received between April 25th and May 15th - 25% of monies paid will be returned in the form of a credit for use at a future
 Jubilee conference.
 
 
Cancellations must be received in writing by the end of each date listed above in order to be considered for refund or credit, no exceptions.
All deposits including $200 Initial Deposit and Per Person Registration Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Cancelled Per Person Registration Deposits can be used for another person as their deposit, but cannot be transferred toward final balances.
Jubilee Conferences cannot be held responsible for events beyond control, including weather and terrorism related causes, prohibiting your attendance.
All refunds and credits will be issued approximately 30 days after the conclusion of the conference.
