Refund Information

Unfortunately, situations arise prohibiting the attendance of registrants at the conference. For the benefit of all parties and in a spirit of clear communication, the following schedule will be applied without exception to all cancellations:

  • Cancellations received prior to April 17th - 100% of monies paid less
    all non-refundable deposits will be refunded by check

  • Cancellations received between April 18th and April 24th - 50%
    of monies paid will be returned in the form of a credit for use at a future
    Jubilee conference

  • Cancellations received between April 25th and May 15th - 25%
    of monies paid will be returned in the form of a credit for use at a future
    Jubilee conference.

  • Cancellations must be received in writing by the end of each date listed above
    in order to be considered for refund or credit, no exceptions.
  • All deposits including $200 Initial Deposit and Per Person Registration Deposits
    are strictly non-refundable.
  • Cancelled Per Person Registration Deposits can be used for another person
    as their deposit, but cannot be transferred toward final balances.
  • Jubilee Conferences cannot be held responsible for events beyond control,
    including weather and terrorism related causes, prohibiting your attendance.
  • All refunds and credits will be issued approximately 30 days after the conclusion
    of the conference.
